Requirements: Please note that one requires Administrator Privileges to run the BlackBYTE Free Speech.
Also, currently Blackbyte Free Speech works only with a NAT or a direct connection to the Internet.
It does not work with a proxy.
Please proceed further only if you satisfy the above requirements.
On Windows XP,
Go to Program File -> BlackBYTE -> BlackBYTE GUI
On Vista, run BlackBYTE GUI as an administrator as given below.
Click BlackBYTE, then right click on BlackBYTE GUI, a menu will open.
From the menu pick 'Run as administrator'.

After clicking BlackBYTE GUI, an icon should appear
on the system tray.
Right Click with a mouse on the icon and a menu will appear.
One of the menu items would be Connect. Click it
to start BlackBYTE Free Speech.
You would be prompted for the Username, and Password.
Enter the Username (that is, the email address), and the
password you gave for signing up.
A message would appear that says "waiting to connect to
Blackbyte server". It can take upto a few minutes to
connect to the Blackbyte server, so have patience. When
successfully connected, a message saying Blackbyte is
connected would appear near the system tray.
This indicates that Blackbyte Free Speech is
working successfully.
Now, you can use Skype or other services! Please also read support issues
available here
during the first 7 days of your use of Black Byte Free Speech or at least
before sending a support query to info@blackbytenetworks.com.
Currently, you can use BlackBYTE Free Speech for 7 days
as a free trial. Your seven days begin from the time of your first use of
Blackbyte Free Speech and not from your time of
Sign Up. At the end of seven days, you will have to pay an
annual subscription fee to use BlackBYTE Free Speech. For any
